Angela is a Partner in our General Counsel and Company Secretary practice. She specialises in the appointment of executive leadership Group General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer and portfolio roles, Group Company Secretaries, General Counsel and Company Secretaries, and their senior direct reports, along with senior Governance and Compliance professionals.
Angela offers extensive executive search experience. Working across all industry sectors, she has partnered with major international corporations, ASX-listed and private companies, government departments and statutory authorities, as well as not-for-profit and community/social services organisations.
In addition, Angela undertakes select Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership appointments for organisations such as local councils, Victorian statutory authorities, professional member and industry associations, and not-for-profit and community/social services organisations.
As a qualified lawyer, Angela has a genuine interest in the application of the law, governance, regulation and compliance, in a business context. She uses her deep knowledge, expertise and extensive professional networks to go further to achieve outstanding outcomes for her clients.
Angela is passionate about developing a deep understanding of our client companies and organisations’ businesses and strategic goals, and assisting them in building high performing leadership teams. She also enjoys building long-standing relationships with her candidates, supporting them in their career development and progression.

Outside work, Angela is passionate about her three children. She enjoys encouraging and supporting them in their various activities and interests, as well as being an active participant of the school Parent & Friends Committee and assisting with fundraising events, and volunteering.
