Ann-Marie previously held Executive Assistant positions for several major Australian industry councils, giving her valuable insight across multiple sectors. 

As Practice Manager, Interim Management, Ann-Marie is the primary point of contact for both candidates and clients during assignments, ensuring their needs are met. She carefully steers candidates and clients through the entire Interim Management process ensuring all operational procedures are handled seamlessly. 

Simultaneously, Ann-Marie is Executive Assistant to Matt Hagen and Danny Hodgson ensuring they have the necessary support to deliver exceptional outcomes for candidates and clients.
