Deep specialises in C-Suite and senior leadership search. She brings leadership to our private equity and industrials practice in particular. Her successful mandates have included identifying best in class and diverse leaders for multinational corporates, private equity firms, family businesses as well as start ups. Deep works across Asia Pacific in diverse geographies such as Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
After studying law at St Catherine’s College, Oxford University where she was the David Blank Scholar, Deep practised as a corporate M&A lawyer, at magic circle and tier1 law firms in Sydney, London, and Los Angeles for almost a decade. Having transitioned to global executive search over 15 years ago because of a moment of serendipity, she has over the years honed her skills in leadership advisory work, including executive assessments, and holds the full suite of Hogan certifications.
