Margaret is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager of our Sydney office. She has been an integral part of Omera Partners since 2007, when she joined as the first member of the Administration Team.

She now manages the day-to-day administration of the Sydney office as well as supporting two Executive Search Partners, Deep Zimmermann and Warren McAuley, and assists the Board Practice across assignments.

Margaret's strength stems from her willingness to roll up her sleeves and tackle any task at hand. She ensures that no balls are dropped and is always ready to take on whatever is required to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Margaret follows most sports, particularly AFL, both Rugby codes and cricket.
