Vanessa is a Partner in our Chief Financial Officer and Senior Financial Leadership practice.  She specialises in Chief Financial Officer and senior finance leadership executive search roles across ASX-listed and privately owned corporates, State and Federal Government departments, statutory authorities and not for profit organisations. 

Vanessa is a KPMG trained Chartered Accountant and has a successful 20-year track record in executive search placing CFOs and senior financial leadership roles incorporating local and international searches.   She is passionate about introducing high calibre candidates to opportunities that provide positive and productive solutions for our clients.

Client and candidate care is a passion for Vanessa; her expertise in this sector, along with her energy and drive, ensures our clients are confident their brief will be met in full while maintaining strong relationships with candidates who enjoy a collaborative and supportive experience.

Vanessa enjoys travelling and generally being social, but her greatest passion is sport.  After a 20 year break, Vanessa is pushing herself out of her comfort zone and is focussing on improving her sailing skills by racing weekly on Sydney Harbour.
